Commercial design

Gora/McGahey Associates in Architecture recently provided the architectural design for four new mall buildings at Miromar Outlets in Estero. The project entailed the exterior design of 88,130 square feet of new retail space, which include Neiman Marcus, Godiva Chocolatier, Bed Bath Beyond, Le Gourmet Chef and bebe. Dan McGahey served as the principal in charge. Terry Gilchrist served as the project manager, and Robert Schuerman was the contract administrator. CC Turner, Inc. was the general contractor.
