Health Fair upcoming

Health & Harmony Center will host an Open House Health Fair from 2:30-6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4.

The center is celebrating its 18th year in Southwest Florida. This event will feature all of the services offered: yoga, massage, integrated awareness, meditation, reiki, gyrokinesis, crystal bowls, and products and gift items from the Harmony Shoppe.

The launch of the Ayurvedic skin care line, Shankara, will also be part of the celebration, as well as the introduction of children's yoga classes.

A special aspect will be a silent auction featuring center services, local artists and authors, and products. The proceeds will benefit the Wishbone Animal Rescue Inc., a no-kill, non-profit organization in Southwest Florida. It is dedicated to taking homeless animals off the streets and finding permanent homes.

"For 18 years we have been proud of the important service we provide this community," said owner/director Kandy Love. "All the healing art programs which the teachers and therapists offer help people to change their lives, to live more in harmony with themselves and their environment, and to have more fun in their daily living."

Health & Harmony Center is located in the Iona Schoolhouse Professional Center, 15951 McGregor Blvd. in Fort Myers. For more information, call (239) 433-5995 or visit www.healthandharmonyonline.com.
