• Action Motorsports, Inc. leased 3,216 square feet of retail space at 11485 South Cleveland Avenue, Units 1 & 2, Fort Myers, from Fort Myers Warehouse City, LLC. Carlos Acosta of Boback Commercial Group at Remax Edge negotiated the transaction.

• Murton Roofing Corp. leased 10,000 square feet of office/warehouse space at 3750 Canal Street, Fort Myers, from Canal Investments, LLC. Jim Boback of Boback Commercial Group at Remax Edge negotiated the transaction.

• Crossroads Grill & Lounge, Inc. leased a 2,100-square-foot restaurant in Merchants Plaza at 211 Hancock Bridge Parkway, Unit 9, Cape Coral, from Keller-Boyette, LP. Jim Boback of Boback Commercial Group at Remax Edge negotiated the transaction.

• Best Choice, LLC leased 2,120 square feet of office space in the Lee Executive Center at 3049 Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers, from Tri Capital Holdings, LLC. Carlos Acosta of Boback Commercial Group at Remax Edge negotiated the transaction.

Investment Properties Corporation announced the following transactions:

Peter Garon leased 934 square feet of retail space from Wayne L. and Deborah M. Ambroze at 372 13th Ave. South, Naples. Paige Eber of Investment Properties Corporation negotiated this transaction.

• Canberra Investments, LLC purchased vacant land from Smarge Properties, LLC located at 3600 Shaw Blvd., Lot 2, Naples, for $750,000. Bill Gonnering, CCIM, and Christine Martin of Investment Properties Corporation negotiated this transaction.
