Urban Institute to host DR/GR program
The Urban Land Institute, Southwest Florida District Council, will host a breakfast program focusing on "Density Reduction/Groundwater Resource (DR/ GR)" on Wednesday, Sept. 17. The meeting will be held at the Paseo Clubhouse, 11940 Palba Way in Fort Myers. Registration and breakfast begin at 8 a.m. with the presentation starting at 8:30 a.m.
The guest speakers will include Bill Spikowski, Victor Dover and Dan Delisi. Spikowski will provide an introduction to the DR/GR along with an historical perspective. Dover will discuss the goals and objectives of the current Lee County DR/GR master plan and Delisi will present the goals and objectives of the Bonita Springs DR/GR master plan.
