Pisera Rocco F. Pisera has joined DOC Hospitality as executive chef/ director of food and beverage. In his new position, he will be responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage operations of the Holiday Inn Historic District, including the hotel's on-site restaurant and bar, Café 2431. Pisera has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality field and has served in various senior chef capacities for a number of luxury hotels in New York, Pittsburg, Maryland and South Carolina. He most recently served as executive chef for the Ritz Tower on Park Avenue in New York City. Pisera earned an associate degree in business administration from Penn State University and was an honor graduate in Culinary Arts at the Community College of Allegheny County.
