Estero Animal Hospital opens new facility

Located at 9550 Corkscrew Road, the new animal hospital is on the south side just west of the River Ranch Road intersection. The new facility encompasses 7,000 square feet.
Since the practice was established in 2001 by veterinarians Larry Scrabis, DVM and Kirk Teschke, DVM, the clinic was has been located in the Albertson's Plaza off U.S. 41.
"We are very pleased to be able to service our clients in a bigger facility that allows us to offer advanced technology and expanded pet services," said Scrabis.
New to the hospital will be advances in dentistry, the advantage of digital radiography, and advanced diagnostics, including video otoscopy.
"As always, our goal is to provide the highest quality veterinary care and client education for the individual needs of our client's pets," said Teschke. "We strive to educate our clients on the health needs of their four-legged friends, knowing that when they visit Estero Animal Hospital, they feel comfortable that the most complete and modern medical treatments are made available."
The clinic has also begun offering dog and cat lodging to its clients. The new Pet Lodging facility located at Estero Animal Hospital includes spacious dog kennels and an indoor exercise area. Feline friends will enjoy their own separate lodging area in one of Estero Animal Hospital's "catdominiums." For those owners wanting to give their pooch extra room and comfort, there are four customized executive suites.
Estero Animal Hospital's services include preventive medicine, vaccinations, dentistry, internal medicine and dermatology, in-house ultrasound, EKG/cardiology and surgery including soft tissue, orthopedic and oral.
