The Playa Riente at Belle Lago is a spacious courtyard design with four bedrooms, one of which is a detached cabana guest suite, and four full baths. The 3,525-square-foot home features a two-car garage, upgraded tile, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, hardwood flooring in the guest suite and master bedroom and a designer landscape package.

The home is priced at $649,995, unfurnished and is available for viewing.
