'Sell Your Home' seminar set for The Reserve in Estero

A "Sell Your Home" seminar will be held Saturday, Sept. 5 at The Reserve at Estero, a community of single-family homes being developed on Estero Parkway by Toll Brothers.

"The event includes speakers on various aspects of both selling and buying a home," said Gary Hains, assistant vice president of Toll Brothers Florida West Division. "This is designed especially for those who are interested in buying a home within our community but need to sell their home first."

The seminar, which begins at 10 a.m., features three speakers: Jennifer Rager from Show Homes Staging Company; Jack Lentz from Lentz Appraisal; and Bonnie Rasmuson from TBI Mortgage.

"The speakers will provide information on every aspect of sales, including how to present your home for buyers and how to properly price your home," Hains said. "In addition, there will be information on the numerous types of mortgages that are currently available."

The Sell Your Home workshop will be held in the Grand Clubhouse at The Reserve at Estero. The event is open to the public but space is limited. For reservations contact the Sales and Information Center by calling (239) 334-3600.

To reach The Reserve at Estero from Interstate 75 take the Corkscrew Road exit (Exit 123) and travel west to Three Oaks Parkway. Turn right and proceed north to Estero Parkway. Make a left, heading west. The Reserve at Estero will be on your right.

The Sales and Information Center is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays. For more information, visit Toll- BrothersFlorida.com. or call (239) 334- 3600.
