Kelley Kelley Jim Kelley has been appointed to vice president, business-banking officer at Colonial Bank. Kelley is responsible for providing financial solutions to small business owners and professionals throughout Charlotte County. Kelley, who joined Colonial Bank in April 2007 as a business-lending officer, has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. He serves on the board of directors for Hearing Impaired Persons of Charlotte County, Inc. and is vice chairman of the Charlotte County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. He also is a member of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, the North Port Area Chamber of Commerce, Port Charlotte High School Athletic Boosters and Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. He volunteers for the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition, Habitat for Humanity and the Charlotte County Little League.

Salvatore Maniscalco has been appointed vice president/ relationship manager of First Community Bank of Southwest Florida's new branch at 3414 Forum Blvd in the Forum retail center in Fort Myers. A resident of Fort Myers, Maniscalco has more than 20 years experience in banking, most recently acting as the business banking officer at a regional bank. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College.
