Median home prices edging upwards
July sees positive signs in multiple market indicators, with lower priced property sales doubling from last year, while all other price segments showed small increases in the median price according to a report released by the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), which tracks home listings and sales within Collier County (excluding Marco Island). Foreclosure assistance offered by City of Fort Myers
The Fort Myers City Council approved the Emergency Home Foreclosure Assistance Program on May 19 to assist residents in danger of losing their homes to foreclosure. New hurricane protection requirements affecting coastal homes in Florida
Some Florida homeowners who have started a renovation or remodeling project within the past month are getting a surprise.
