Testa Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate announced that Patti Testa, a sales associate at the company's Fort Myers office, sold five homes in four weeks for $10,214,000. Three of the four homes

are located in Gulf Harbour and range in price from $1,075,000 to $5,230,000. In addition to the Gulf Harbour properties, Testa sold a 3-bedroom 2.5-bath home in Caloosa Creek for $500,000 and a two-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in McGregor Woods for $409,000. The Gulf Harbour properties are located at 11460 Longwater Chase Court, 11330 Longwater Chase Court and 14510 Headwater Bay Lane.

Laurie Hill has joined The Marketing Directors, LLC, as a sales associate at North Star Yacht Club. Hill brings more than 18 years experience as a full time real estate professional in Lee County, specializing in high-rise condominium sales. Prior to joining The Marketing Directors at North Star Yacht Club, Hill held sales positions with Homes for America Holdings, Inc., White Sand Villas/Pink Shell Resort, and Harbour Isle Yacht & Racquet Club.

Hill Downing-Frye Realty, Inc. announced the recent addition of Melissa G. Dovey as a new sales associate. Originally from McConnellsburg, Penn., Dovey has been involved in real estate sales in Florida for more than five years. She specializes in new home construction and rentals. Prior to entering real estate, Dovey worked in networking and IT support for the Tom James Company. Before that, she was in business management and administration.

Bonita Springs- Estero Association of Realtors has announced the appointment of Bill Barnes to the position of chief executive officer. Having managed and developed 13 different real estate offices between the Boca Raton and Lee County areas, Barnes has been the recipient of numerous business and community service awards. This year, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation for his eight years of service as Care's chairperson for Southwest Florida. Barnes makes his home in Fort Myers with wife Cindy Hester Barnes. He has three daughters and four grandchildren.
