Lee's housing market shows improving conditions in June
While sales of existing homes in Florida were down slightly in June, sales in Lee County were strong. The Florida Association of Realtors also reported that the statewide median price reported for both existing home sales and condominium sales over May 2008 was up. Full Story

Vineyards home sales up 39 percent over last year
The Vineyards in Naples reports that sales of homes for the first six months of 2008 were up 39 percent over the same period last year. Vineyards reports 43 sales for the first six months of 2008 for $26.8 million, compared to 31 sales for $21.3 million during the same timeframe in 2007. Full Story
