Summer adult classes at the von Liebig Art Center

The Naples Art Association at the von Liebig Art Center announces its adult studio art classes for August and September. The classes are offered on weekday mornings and afternoons and on Saturday mornings. To learn more or register, call (239) 262-6517 x102.

• Oil and acrylic painting for beginners will be held on Mondays from 9 a.m. to noon from Aug. 18 through Sept. 29 with instructor Richard Kirk.

• Oil and acrylic painting for intermediate/ advanced students will be held on Mondays from 1 to 4 p.m. from Aug. 18 through Sept. 29 with instructor Richard Kirk.

• Inking outside the box for all levels will be held on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to noon from Sept. 9 through Sept. 30 with instructor Kathy Lindabury.

• Wet clay modeling for all levels will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to noon from Aug. 18 through Sept. 3 with instructor Phil Calabro.

• Drawing for all levels will be held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon from Aug. 23 through Sept. 29 with instructor Sam Platt.
