Lee County shows sixth consecutive month of increases
Single-family home sales across the Greater Fort Myers area rose again in June for the sixth consecutive month, according to the statistics released by the REALTOR Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. Sales of single-family homes rose by 53. Full Story

New home permits still light in Lee
During June, Lee County Community Development issued permits for 74 singlefamily homes valued at $27.4 million to be built in unincorporated Lee County, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach. In comparison, there were 80 permits for single-family homes issued in May and 448 issued in June 2007. Full Story
