Toll Brothers is offering a special program for buyers this weekend. For those who are looking for a new home but need to sell the home they are in, Toll Brothers has created a unique "Buy Now, Buy New, Sell Later" program. The program kicks off Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 13, at Toll Brothers' Southwest Florida communities.

The program offers new home buyers special options and incentives, with an added twist: Toll Brothers will provide the experts to assist buyers with the sale of their existing home and defer closing on the new home until the old one sells.

During the weekend, visitors to Toll Brothers communities will receive staging ideas and free consultations to help sell their current home faster. In addition, there will be special presentations about the home building process.

In Southwest Florida the event will be held at Belle Lago, a single-family community on Estero Parkway in Estero; The Reserve at Estero, a community of single-family homes also on Estero Parkway; and Firano at Naples, a new community of single-family homes off Davis Boulevard in Naples.

Belle Lago offers a total of 15 home designs, ranging in size from 2,058 to 4,356 square feet and priced from the upper $300,000s. Four award-winning designer-furnished models are available for viewing.

Two separate collections with a total of 10 designs are offered at The Reserve at Estero, each with a selection of four elevations. Each plan includes features such as coffered ceilings in the master suite, gourmet kitchens and architectural detailing. Four new designer-furnished models are available for viewing. Homes are priced from the upper $200,000s.

Firano at Naples will include 112 single-family homes on approximately 40 acres when completed. Nine home designs - each with a choice of four elevations - are being offered with pricing beginning in the $300,000s. Designs range from 2,058 to 3,753 air-conditioned square feet. Two designer-furnished models are available for viewing: the Biella and Tiena.
