Downing-Frye, John R. Wood ranked in top 100 nationwide

Downing-Frye Realty, Inc., the largest locally owned and operated real estate brokerage in Naples based on sales transactions and sales associates, has been ranked 85th in the nation among real estate companies based on closed sales volume, according to a report published in the July 2008 issue of Realtor Magazine.

Downing-Frye Realty was among just four real estate offices from Florida on the 2007 Top Companies list and one of only two from Naples, joining John R. Wood, Inc. (93rd).

This is the fourth consecutive year in which Downing-Frye Realty has earned recognition on the "Top 100 Companies" list. According to the list, the Naples-based firm reported total sales of more than $1.3 billion during 2007 with a total of 1,972 transactional sides.
