Grubb Ellis will market new commercial building

Country Lakes Business Center The Grubb Ellis -1st Commercial Industrial Team has been appointed the exclusive marketing agent for the newly constructed Country Lakes Business Center, a 40,000-square-foot industrial flex building at 5701 Country Lakes Drive in Fort Myers.

EB Properties is the building owner. J.L. Wallace, Inc. constructed the building using a tilt-up concrete technique. The building features 20-foot-tall ceilings, a full sprinkler system, a 125-amp electrical service and motorized ground-level warehouse doors.
