Pepitone Properties Corp. Fort Myers announced the following transaction:

Dave Lincoln Contracting leased with an option to buy, 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 3827 Arnold Avenue, Naples, from Vincent and Enza Panipinto. Tom Pepitone, of Pepitone Properties Corp. Fort Myers represented the landlord and Tammy Kipp of Coldwell Banker NRT, Naples represented the tenant.

BGLM Realty Group, LLC purchased a 3,240-square-foot commercial condo from Alico Road Business Park, LP located at 8801 Business Park Drive, Suite 201, Fort Myers for $532,000.
