Chuck-E-Cheeses COURTESY RENDERING Chuck-E-Cheeses COURTESY RENDERING Bonita Springs-based Heatherwood Construction has completed construction and renovations at the 36,000 square-foot Page Field Center plaza located at 5020 S. Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers.

The Center will feature

Chuck-E-Cheeses as the main tenant, occupying 14,500 square feet.

The project is an important part of the city's redevelopment effort and qualified for a landscaping grant awarded by the city to beautify the property to city standards.

Scott Whiteleather of Heatherwood Construction is the senior project manager, and Joe Poulin is the job superintendent. McHarris Planning & Design, of Bonita Springs, provided architectural design services.

TDM Consulting, Inc. a civil engineering and planning firm headquartered in Fort Myers, has completed the engineering for Cape Wall Street, LLC's new office/retail building located at 1420 SE 16th Place in Cape Coral. The new building has 3,836 square feet of lease space. Tudor Villas Corporation is serving as the General Contractor for the project, with architectural services provided by Mary Ellen Bundschu Burnup, Architect.

EECON, Inc., a commercial general contracting company, announced they have been selected as the contractor of record for the West Bay Club's new tennis pavilion. Featuring a 1,100 air-conditioned square-foot octagonal-shaped pro shop, the project also incorporates an 1,800 square-foot covered terrace overlooking all four tennis courts. Outdoor seating will complete the terrace and offer a relaxing place to rest after a match or watch friends play. Completion is expected this fall.
