Penthouse 101 has opened on the 25th floor of Esperia South at Bonita Bay. The three-bedroom-plus-den, threebath furnished model in The Lutgert Companies' 27-story high-rise provides 3,430 air-conditioned square feet. There are three terraces attached to the residence that add nearly 900 square feet of outdoor space.

The penthouse floor plan includes a guest suite with full bath and walk-in closet, and a third bedroom with full bath that doubles as a powder bath. The laundry room is equipped with cabinetry, a sink and a large-capacity washer and dryer. The penthouse has a private elevator lobby.

Romanza Interior Design, Naples, created the interior architecture and decor. Penthouse 101 has been sold and is available for viewing until June 2009. Two other penthouses are offered at $1,520,000 and $1,600,000 and other homes in the building start at $816,000.

Esperia South's amenity complex includes a heated, lagoon-style pool, oversized whirlpool and an outdoor bar with screened cabana and fireplace, as well as a clubroom with bar and catering kitchen, 11-seat mini-theater, billiard room and fitness center. The complex also has four suites for overnight guests, a manager's residence and staffed lobby.
