McGarvey opens new model home in Mediterra

The Villa Rosa, a four-bedroom custom single-family model home, is now open in Mediterra's Serata neighborhood. Mediterra is the 1,697-acre master-planned community created by Bonita Bay Group in North Naples.

Built by McGarvey Custom Homes, the Villa Rosa offers four full baths, two half baths, dining and living rooms, and an octagonal study with built-in cabinetry, a wood floor and multi-level ceiling. Most of the model's 4,187 square feet of air-conditioned living space is oriented to views of water - a lake, pool and raised spa - displayed through large windows, sliding glass doors and mitered windows in the breakfast nook and a banquette in the master suite vestibule.
