Fort Myers interior designer Karen L. Benson, ASID, has opened Inspire, a design boutique that offers furnishings, accessories, gifts and design ideas at 2037 West First Street in downtown Fort Myers.

The store has one-of-a-kind, hand-carved furniture pieces from Bali to charming embroidered hand towels. It also carries a wide selection of art pieces, furniture with 30,000 fabric choices, lamps, candles and other home accessories. Design ideas and other inspirations are posted on a bulletin board, and seminars and workshops on design, green design, aging in place and related topics are being held at the store.
