Luxury villa model opens in Volterra at Miromar

COURTESY PHOTO Belorado Entry Divco Construction Corp. has opened its Belorado furnished model in the Volterra neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. A private enclave of twelve villas, Volterra's waterfront home sites enjoy a southern orientation on the shores of Lake Maggiore. Only three more home sites are available. Private boat docks adjoin each residence.

The Belorado includes three bedrooms, a study, four bathrooms and a two-car garage with 3,354 air-conditioned square feet and 4,600 total square feet. The Mediterranean exterior features cast keystone trim with stucco bands and a paver driveway. A gated entry opens to a large open-air atrium and leads to a covered entry with a 10-foot tall, 4-foot wide mahogany door. Directly ahead of the foyer is a parlor with a two-step tray ceiling. To the right of the foyer, a formal dining room has an elegant setting with a tray ceiling and a column on either side of the entrance. One guest suite is along a hallway just past the dining room and has an en suite full bathroom.

The master bath includes a Jacuzzi soaking tub, granite vanity tops and raised panel vanity doors. In the master suite, an octagonal sitting area is a cozy retreat featuring columns on either side of an arched entry which overlooks the pool and deck.

The kitchen is accessed from the parlor through an arched entry with column accents and also from the dining room. One kitchen island encompasses dual sinks, a dishwasher and a bar countertop while a second island provides ample prep space and a sink. Kitchen highlights include European-style wood raised panel cabinetry doors, granite countertops and a KitchenAid appliance package. A wet bar adjacent to the parlor is convenient for entertaining.

Adjoining the kitchen is a morning room that overlooks the covered lanai and pool and a great room with sliding glass doors that recess into two walls for a seamless transition to the lanai. Tucked beyond the great room and enjoying separate access to the covered lanai is a second guest suite with a full bathroom.

Prices in Volterra begin at $1.6 million, including the home site, pool package and dock. The Belorado model is open daily.
