Barrett Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. announced that board member William J. Barrett has been elected as the nonprofit organization's new Vice Chairman of the Board. Barrett assumes the role of Vice Chairman from Raymond T. Holland, who was recently elected as Chairman of the Board. A member of the Goodwill board of directors since 1996, Barrett most recently served as the board's Secretary. Barrett is a Senior Partner of the Gulf Coast Wealth Consulting Group at UBS Financial Services, Inc., where he has been employed for nearly 19 years. In addition to his work with Goodwill and UBS, Barrett is Vice President of Endowment for the Boy Scouts of America Southwest Florida Council and is a past President of the Edison Pageant of Lights. He is also an active committee member with the Saint Francis Xavier Church and School.
