Strategic Mortgage & Equity, Inc. leased 517 square feet of office space at 2295 Golden Gate Pkwy, Naples from Poinciana Professional Park. Clint Sherwood, CCIM of Investment Properties Corporation negotiated the transaction.

Prestige Catering leased 840 square feet of warehouse space at 4406 Exchange Ave., Naples from W. Stewart Conrad Trust. Christine Gonnering Martin of Investment Properties Corporation negotiated the transaction.

LandQwest Commercial announced the following transactions:

Zia Butt has purchased 9,200 square feet of retail space from Rudco Properties located at 10169 Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda. The purchase price was $1,800,000. Jerry Hayes of 5 Star Realty represented the buyer and Don Gross, retail/land specialist of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.

Tan Turtle Tavern, Inc. has leased 7,068 square feet of retail space at the Village Shoppes at Healthpark, located at Summerlin and Bass Road in Fort Myers. John Jones, broker associate and Doug Olson, sales and leasing specialist of LandQwest Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Omaha Steaks has leased approximately 880 square feet of retail space at The Collection at Vanderbilt in Naples from Woolbright Vanderbilt, LLC . Tom Strauss, broker associate of LandQwest Commercial negotiated the transaction for the tenant.

Winestyles leased approximately 1,620 square feet of retail space at San Marco Plaza in Lakewood Ranch from San Marco Investments LLC. Barry Seidel of American Property Group in Sarasota represented the property owner and Tom Strauss, broker associate of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenant.

Karen and Terry Brady leased 2,184 square feet at unit 3, 9250 College Parkway, Fort Myers to Connections Wellness Center for use as a holistic wellness center. Mary Beth Cangiano, sales associate of LandQwest Commercial negotiated the lease.

Carter Rd. Citrus, LLC has purchased a 60-acre orange grove located at 21991 Carter Rd., Estero, from Jean Pierre Gardenat & Jacqueline Louaisil-lescouarch for $615,000. Chuck Smith, Boback Commercial Group at RE/MAX Edge represented both parties.

JUL Enterprises has leased 2,000 square feet in unit "A" located at 2547 Willard St., Fort Myers from Azevedo, Wheeler, and Singleton, LLC.
