Zia Butt has purchased 9,200 square feet of retail space from Rudco Properties located at 10169 Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda. The purchase price was $1,800,000. Jerry Hayes of 5 Star Realty represented the buyer and Don Gross, retail/land specialist of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller.
Tan Turtle Tavern, Inc. has leased 7,068 square feet of retail space at the Village Shoppes at Healthpark, located at Summerlin and Bass Road in Fort Myers. John Jones, broker associate and Doug Olson, sales and leasing specialist of LandQwest Commercial negotiated the transaction.
Omaha Steaks has leased approximately 880 square feet of retail space at The Collection at Vanderbilt in Naples from Woolbright Vanderbilt, LLC . Tom Strauss, broker associate of LandQwest Commercial negotiated the transaction for the tenant.
