Movie theater, fitness center opens at Paseo

Located on the Village Center piazza, the 90-seat state-of-the-art movie theater is part of the 26,000 square foot amenities complex. It features comfortable elevated seating, a projection room with a professional Surround Sound Audio-Visual system, a giant 16-foot screen, a performance stage and even an art deco-style lobby, complete with a popcorn machine.

"This is an amazing amenity that gives our residents a genuine movie theater experience without leaving Paseo," said Amy Harris, Manager of Paseo's Village Center. "We have movies running regularly throughout the day and every Friday night we show a film that has just completed its first run. Lots of families will stop by for dinner at the pub and then go see a movie. Everyone loves it."

The theater will also host a schedule of seminars and educational forums. In addition, residents may reserve the theater for family gatherings to air home videos for reunions including the whole family.

Fitness center at Paseo. The 2,500 square foot fitness-oriented lap pool is located just outside Paseo's 4,000-plus square foot gym and cardio center. It is enclosed within a semi-circle of seven authentic chickee huts and has a children's water playground as well.

"Our water aerobics classes are held weekly at the fitness pool," said Milan Fiser, Director of Tennis and Fitness at Paseo. "It is part of a comprehensive fitness program available here. We offer Spinning, Water Aerobics and Body Sculpting courses, as well as one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer."

The fitness pool is in addition to the adjacent island-style resort style pool. It is accessible via high-tech biometric fingerprint scanner allowing residents to access these amenities at their convenience from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m

Built around a Mediterranean-style piazza, the two-story Village Center Clubhouse complex is the epicenter of the community. Additional amenities include a full-service concierge, an ice cream parlor, a full-service pub, a 150-seat bistro with indoor and outdoor seating, an internet café and coffee shop, library, business center and movie theatre.

There is also an island resort-style pool with an outdoor chickee bar, a 4,000 square foot fitness center, a fitness pool and children's water playground, a tennis center with six tennis courts, spa services, a fishing pier, bocce ball and a basketball court.

Paseo is a private, gated 444-acre community surrounded by the pristine environment

of the Six Mile Cypress Slough. With prices starting from the low $200s, the community offers a blend of multifamily and single-family residences. Furnished models of all designs are open for viewing.

Flats and town homes, including twoand three-story designs, are available in 14 floor plans with two, three and four bedrooms and two or three baths. These homes range from 1,227 to 2,084 square feet under air and include one and two car garages. The unique orientation of the homes provide a safe place for children to play and it creates a sense of community as neighbors congregate on their porches.
