Lang Tim Lang has been named salesperson of the month for March at Verandah, the 1,456-acre masterplanned community being developed by

Bonita Bay Group along a 1.75-mile stretch of the Orange River in Fort Myers. A business graduate of Michigan State University, Lang is the former owner and manager of Partners Great Food and Beverage in Naples. He has specialized in selling real estate since 1998.

Gary R. Dumas has been named vice president of Bonita Bay Group, a Southwest Florida company specializing in the planning, development, sales and management of masterplanned communities, free-standing recreational amenities and commercial facilities. Dumas, who joined Bonita Bay Group in 2001, will oversee the company's existing portfolio of master-planned communities including Mediterra, Sandoval, TwinEagles and Verandah.

As part of the transition, Senior Vice President Susan Hebel Watts assumes the role of strategic leader for Bonita Bay Group's future communities, including the company's existing portfolio of land holdings as well as future acquisitions. A graduate of the University of Florida, Dumas has more than 20 years experience in club and community management.
