New physicians join Lee Memorial staff

Lee Memorial Health System announced the following physicians joined the medical staff in May:

Rashida G. Loya, M.D., Anesthesiology, obtained her medical degree at Dow Medical College in Pakistan. She began her Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Alabama and completed the program at Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Loya is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Loya has joined Anesthesia and Pain Consultants.

Denise Thurling, M.D., Emergency, obtained her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed an Emergency Medicine Residency at Maricopa Medical Center. Dr. Thurling is certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has joined LMH Emergency Physicians.
