Mentioning rosé to most wine lovers is likely to produce grimaces of disdain. Many of today's oenophiles cut their wine teeth on Lancers and Mateus, perhaps also sampling Gallo Pink Chablis and Almaden Grenache Rose along the way. As I close in on my 30th anniversary as a Floridian, I still loathe summer. I hate the heat that sucks the breath out of your lungs as you step outside. And I hate the humidity even more.
