Heatherwood Construction has begun construction and site work of the Lupolover Flex Building in Cape Coral. Located at 1925 NE 10th Terrace, the 6,400 square-foot building consists of four 1,600 square-foot tenant spaces ideal for flex or mixed use and is conveniently located behind BJ's Wholesale Club and Pine Island Road. Scott Whiteleather of Heatherwood Construction is the senior project manager, and Dave Lister is the job superintendent. Aqua-Terra Dynamics, of Cape Coral, provided engineering and architectural design services for the project.
Heatherwood Construction has begun construction and site work of the corporate headquarters for CNL Bank in Bonita Springs. Located in the Sunshine Plaza on Bonita Beach Road, the 11,000 square-foot facility will be used both as the corporate headquarters and a traditional banking center. CNL will move from its current location inside the Sunshine Plaza it currently occupies to the new outparcel location. Scott Whiteleather of Heatherwood Construction is the senior project manager, and Pete Estrada is the job superintendent. Olde McGuire Shook provided architectural design services.
Owen-Ames-Kimball Company announced the launch of a new company Web site designed to enhance its ability to share information with clients, subcontractors and the public. In addition to an overall design change, the new site allows staff and clients to share access to plans and bid documents in a new Plan Room. The site also makes it easier to read about O-A-K's latest projects, activities, green building practices and LEED certifications. Employees are benefiting from the newly designed site with online access to company forms and an interactive forum to discuss best practices.
