Hernly

Troy Hernly, director of construction for Stevens Construction Inc., has earned his Healthcare Construction Certificate from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering, a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association. The HCC program involves completing coursework and programs directly related to construction and renovation projects within the health care environment. Program curriculum includes risk management assessment, quality control, medical gas systems, life-safety code, infectious control planning and implementation. Hernly's certification is valid for three years and demonstrates his understanding and knowledge of the latest compliance issues in health care construction and the expectations of owners, staff and patients.

 

Realtors John and Robin McKeever have joined Paul Homes in Cape Coral as New Home Sales Consultants. Originally from Kent, Ohio, this husband and wife team moved to Florida in October of 2000 and earned their Realtors licenses in January of 2001. Prior to relocating, John had 23 years of experience in the banking industry. Robin had 10 years experience in banking and acted as a certified meeting planner for 10 years. The McKeever's are both certified by the National Association of Home Builders as New Homes Sales Professionals. Robin is the treasurer of the Florida state chapter of Women's Council of Realtors, the 12th largest women's professional organization in the United States. She has also earned her Performance Management Network designation and her Transnational Referral Certification recognized by the National Association of Realtors.
