International group acquires Tuscany Reserve
AB Naples, LLC, an international investor group has purchased the golf course community of Tuscany Reserve in Naples from WCI Communities, Inc. for $65 million, according to Collier County Clerk of Court records. The announcement came from Rainer Filthaut, the President of AB Tuscany Holdings, Inc., which is the parent company of the purchaser. Full Story
Fitch gives Cape bonds solid rating
But changes city's outlook from stable to negative
In the course of routine surveillance, Fitch Ratings affirmed the 'A+' rating on the city of Cape Coral's approximately $3 million in outstanding general obligation bonds, series 2003A, the 'A' rating on the approximately $200 million in outstanding water and sewer revenue bonds, and the 'A-' rating on the approximately $167.
