April home sales up 32 percent from last year
Inventory of unsold homes declining
The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. reports that a total of 684 existing single family houses were sold in April. Verandah's cedar hammock neighborhood half sold out
Cedar Hammock, a neighborhood of custom single-family homes at Verandah, is 50 percent sold, according to Bonita Bay Group, which is developing the 1,456-acre master-planned community along the Orange River in Fort Myers.
