Lippel Kenneth Marlowe with RE/MAX Realty Group has been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation by the Seniors Real Estate Special- ist Council of the National Association of Realtors. Marlowe joins more than 16,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.

McCann Development has appointed Mike Lippel as Sales Manager at Palmetto Cove. Lippel will be responsible for overseeing Palmetto Cove's sales staff and marketing activities. Prior to joining McCann Development, Lippel worked as a sales associate for Pulte Homes at River Hall. He attended college at the University of Missouri. Lippel is also a Lee County Building Association certified trainer. Palmetto Cove is a private gated community in South Fort Myers, conveniently located near the corner of McGregor Boulevard and Cypress Lake Drive.

Toll Brothers announced that Stan Winters has been named Sales Manager of the Month for the month of April. Winters is a sales manager at The Reserve at Estero, a Toll Brothers community of single-family homes on Estero Parkway in Estero. He began his career in real estate sales in 2001 and has worked in new home sales for six years. He joined Toll Brothers in February 2007. Winters is licensed in Florida and is a REALTOR, a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Florida Association of REALTORS. He has earned the CSP certification and Graduate, Real Estate Institute designation.
