McKee McKee The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. announced that Traci T. McKee and Gregg Toomey have joined the Tort and Insurance Defense Department and will work out of its Fort Myers office. Before graduating valedictorian of Stetson in December, McKee was the Executive Editor of the Stetson Law Review. At graduation, she was honored with the Walter Mann Award, as well as the Elizabeth M. Leeman Award, which is given to a member of the graduating class with the best published law review article. Prior to attending law school, McKee worked as a claims specialist for State Farm Insurance Company and as a summer associate with Henderson Franklin for two years before joining as an associate. Toomey concentrates his state and federal civil trial practice in the areas of medical negligence, government liability and commercial product litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from Nova Southeastern University with honors and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University-Shepard Broad Law School.
