Ada's opens Aerobics Center in Cape store

The new 8,000 square foot Aerobics Center at Ada's Fitness Center in Cape Coral (on Pine Island Rd. at Chiquita) is now open, bringing the Ada's Fitness Center to over 18,000 square feet.

It features a state-of-the-art Rock Climbing Wall, a Spin Room, a unique Childcare Center, and space for a wide variety of fitness classes from Cardio, to Pilates, to Yoga.

"The new Aerobics Center with the only Rock Wall in the area and a child's dream Drop-off Center supports and extends Ada's commitment to families and healthy lifestyle choices," said Eddie Bonadies, owner of Ada's Natural and Organic Supermarkets.

The Childcare (Drop-Off) Center is fully supervised and features a full complement of free Video Arcade Games including Pinball machines, car racing games, Dance- Dance games, X-Box 360 and Wii Star Wars Trilogy, a large Video Screen with children's programming and an art center for painting. It can accommodate up to 40 children from 6 months to 12 years, with a separate section for infants and toddlers. There is no additional charge for this service and video cameras and pagers keep parents in touch with their child during a workout.

Ada's Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and childcare is available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 9 pm from Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, child care is offered from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All of the Aerobics Center offerings are available to all members of Ada's Fitness at one low monthly membership fee.
