Taylor Morrison reports significant increase in home sales
North American homebuilder Taylor Morrison today reported a 29 percent reduction in its speculative home inventory over the second half of 2007. The inventory reduction resulted as the Top 15 home builder significantly reduced costs after the 2007 merger of Taylor Woodrow and Morrison Homes. Full Story
First quarter sales in TwinEagles nearly double 2007
TwinEagles recorded 23 transactions between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2008, setting the 1,115-acre North Naples master-planned community on pace to pass the 2007 total of 29. Bonita Bay Group, which is developing TwinEagles, also reported a 28-percent surge in total traffic of initial visits with a co-broker in the community. Full Story
