Gulf Coast Humane Society in need of Purina ONE pet food

Gulf Coast Humane Society announced that all dogs and cats housed in the Fort

Myers shelter are now eating a

consistent diet of Purina ONE brand Pet Food products only. The

dietary transition

began last

week and is now complete. This consistent diet will reduce environmental stress on the animals and help to eliminate digestive disorders associated with frequent changes in diet.

As a nonprofit animal welfare organization, Gulf Coast Humane Society relies on donations of pet food and this need has become even greater as

we move forward with this vital nutritional program for the animals in our care. Gulf Coast Humane Society invites you to join them as they embark on this exciting transition and asks to please consider making a generous donation of Purina ONE brand Pet Food products or a financial contribution to our Pet Food Fund. Purina ONE brand Pet Food products are available in dry and canned formulas and can be purchased at most

major pet stores, grocery stores, and discount department stores.

Donations are accepted seven days a week at the shelter facility Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For more information, call 332-0364 ext. 308.

The mission of the Gulf Coast Humane Society is to provide humane care for surrendered animals in Southwest Florida by offering refuge, providing medical care, and facilitating an adoptive home. To learn more about Gulf Coast Humane Society or the switch to Purina ONE brand Pet Food, please call 332-0364 or visit www.gulfcoasthumanesociety.org.
