Toll Brothers opens sales center at Reserve in Estero
Toll Brothers has opened a new sales and information center on the model row at The Reserve at Estero, a community of single-family homes being developed on Estero Parkway.
The sales center is located within a Gustino home design, a new floorplan available in the community. The Gustino is a single-story great room design with three bedrooms and two baths.
The sales center includes information about the community site plan, home designs available, community amenities and the options available to homebuyers. With parking adjacent to the building, the new sales center offers convenient "first-stop" access to the four new designer-furnished models.
It is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
Four models, with interiors by Design Group West, are available for viewing. The Ambassador Collection is represented by the award-winning San Rio and the twostory Tosara designs.
The San Rio is a spacious three-bedroom, two-and one-half bath home with a family room and breakfast area as well as formal living and dining rooms. The San Rio encompasses 1,981 air-conditioned square feet, and with a two-car garage, covered entry and lanai, a total of 2,687 square feet.
The Tosara offers four bedrooms and two- and one-half baths. The home encompasses 2,545 square feet of air-conditioned living space, and a total of 3,255 square feet including a two-car garage, covered entry and lanai.
The Legacy Collection is represented by the Gianna and the Carmona home designs.
The Carmona is also a two-story home with three bedrooms, two full baths and one half-bath. The Carmona has 2,335 square feet of air-conditioned living area, and a total of 2,933 square feet with two-car garage, covered lanai and entry.
The Gianna is a flexible two-story design, offering the option of three bedrooms plus a study and an upstairs game room. The home also has the option of two or three full baths. The Gianna has 1,972 air-conditioned square feet. With two-car garage, covered lanai and entry, the home has 2,551 total square feet.
Each floorplan offers a selection of four exterior designs and includes features such as coffered ceilings in the master suite, gourmet kitchens and architectural detailing.
