Bonita Bay Group, which is developing TwinEagles, also reported a 28-percent surge in total traffic of initial visits with a co-broker in the community.

"It has been a very strong first quarter," said Michael Vranek, TwinEagles director of sales. "Grand Arbors, our newest phase, has been tremendously successful."

Offering coach homes, villas and traditional and single-family homes, the 650-acre Grand Arbors is linked by nature trails, green spaces, parks and the Gary Player-designed Aerie. Prices in Grand Arbors start in the high $200,000s to more than $3 million.

"Our buyers are thrilled they can live in TwinEagles for less than $300,000," he said. "For many, golf is the primary amenity but they also enjoy the community's lifestyle that includes the great camaraderie among residents and activities at The Club at TwinEagles."

For a limited time, Bonita Bay Group is underwriting buyer incentives that range from golf or social memberships to HOA master association fees.

Bonita Bay Group is developing TwinEagles in keeping with its ongoing commitment to meticulous planning, environmental stewardship, integrity and attention to detail. The community was named to Golf & Travel magazine's list of the 12 Most Intriguing Golf Communities in America and received a top award from the Council for Sustainable Florida. The Club at TwinEagles is certified by Audubon International as a Signature Sanctuary.

Furnished estate home models, priced from $2,995,000, are available in TwinEagles' first phase, The Estates. Each of these homes is situated to create an extraordinary sense of privacy with view corridors unobstructed by other homes. Along with single-family estate homes, The Estates features, the Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II co-designed golf course, The Talon.

Residents and nonresidents are eligible for membership in The Club at TwinEagles, which offers a 47,000-square-foot clubhouse with casual and formal dining.

Membership in the New Leaf Wine Club is an exclusive, complimentary benefit for residents of all Bonita Bay Group communities. The Wine Club offers wine tastings, dinners, classes and excursions, as well as special pricing on an exceptional collection of wines.

Homebuyers and Realtors can request additional information or arrange an escorted tour by visiting the TwinEagles Information Center, calling toll free 800-290-2408, or logging onto www.twineagles.com. The sales center is located inside the community's entrance on Immokalee Road seven miles east of I-75.
