The Pink Shell Beach Resort and Spa on Fort Myers Beach announced the retirement of Lauretta Bailem's after 46 years of service. Bailem began her employment at the Pink Shell in December of 1961. She held several positions in the resorts housekeeping department and retired as the resorts housekeeping dispatcher on April 10. "Lauretta was a dedicated employee who never called off sick in her 46 years with us. She has seen and experienced a lot of change with the resort over her years, she will be greatly missed by the managers, staff and guests," said Bill Waichulis, General Manager.
