Neiman Marcus Last Call opens at Miromar Outlets

Miromar Outlets also opened the Neiman Marcus Last Call Clearance Center on Friday, May 2.

Neiman Marcus Last Call Clearance Center is a consolidation of merchandise from the 39 Neiman Marcus stores nationwide, Neiman Marcus Direct, Neiman Marcus catalogs and Bergdorf Goodman stores at prices from 30 percent to 65 percent off the original Neiman Marcus prices.

At 28,000 square feet, the Neiman Marcus Last Call Clearance Center is the largest store in Miromar Outlets. It is the first one to open on the west coast of Florida and only the fourth one in the state. It is also the first store to open in the new Phase VI section of Miromar Outlets. Phase VI adds 96,151 square feet of retail and restaurant space to the outlets. Other Phase VI store openings will be staggered throughout the summer with a Grand Opening Celebration in the fall. The design of Phase VI maintains continuity with the Outlet's Mediterranean architecture and includes fountains, courtyards and lush landscaping. Phase VI brings the center to 616,000 square feet.

Future growth plans also include the development of Phase VII, which will complete the overall center with a final total of 680,253 square feet.
