The sales center for the high-rises at Bonita Bay has reopened after a 10-week renovation that completely altered the interior and ambience, as well as the way information is shared. Visitors immediately get a sense of what it's like to live and play in the 2,400-acre community.

"Now the sales environment delivers the same kind of positive feeling visitors experience when they visit the Bonita Bay community or walk into one of our high-rises residences," said Todd Kendall of Premier Properties of Southwest Florida Inc. REALTORS, the exclusive representative for the high-rises at Bonita Bay.

The six-year-old, two-story center, located at Bonita Bay's main entrance on U.S. 41 in Bonita Springs, underwent extensive interior cosmetic improvements and high-tech additions.

Interactive technology lets prospective buyers view the available high-rise residences and Bonita Bay's amenities in a customized and user-friendly format.

"People can select the golf category, and learn about Bonita Bay's five courses," Kendall said. "They can see the marina facilities or the beach club. They even can enjoy views from different residential floors in residences under construction through photos taken from on-site construction cranes." The high-rises overlook the Bay Island golf course, Estero Bay, Bonita Beach and the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Bonita Bay community to the east.

The sales center has three new LCD touchscreen monitors that use advanced technology imported from New Zealand. The monitors are accessed from standing kiosks or a tabletop custom-designed by Chicago based Riha Design Group, which coordinated the project.

Riha's staff also created a four-wall mural - 100 feet by 9 feet - that illustrates the Bonita Bay lifestyle. The center's reception area was redesigned to be open and welcoming, carpeting was replaced with an interesting design evocative of beach sand, improved lighting was installed to brighten the space, and new paint refreshed the walls and trim.

Kendall said The Lutgert Companies Presentation Center, located near the high-rises, will remain open for the convenience of Bonita Bay residents, who comprise about 30 percent of high-rise buyers.

The Lutgert Companies has completed five of eight planned luxury high-rises along the western border of Bonita Bay. Esperia South, a 27-story, 119-residence building is the latest to be finished; it has several designer-furnished model residences available for immediate occupancy. Construction of Tavira was launched in October. Available high-rise residences range in size from 2,020 to 4,428 square feet of indoor living space, complemented by additional outdoor terrace area, and are priced from $816,000 to $2,717,000.
