Integral Building Corporation has been awarded a contract to build out the 6,700 square-foot Cozmo the School educational facility in Bonita Springs. The facility, located in the Bonita Plaza, will have two cosmetology classrooms, 40 hair stations, esthetics classroom, and four facial beds as well as a manicure and pedicure area. IBC has just completed the interiors of Naples Tomato in Tamiami Square and Absinthe Restaurant in Vanderbilt Galleria, both in North Naples. IBC has received awards in custom home remodeling and specializes in commercial projects from total build out to remodeling and repairs.

Stroemer Company broke ground last week with general contactor J.L. Wallace Inc. on the firm's new corporate headquarters on Metropolis Avenue in Fort Myers. The full-service CPA/business consulting firm will occupy the second floor of the 17,000-square-foot building. The first floor is available for lease.

Eagle Concrete Systems recently began concrete work on the Florida Heart Associates 11,400-square-foot medical building, located on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral. Marshall Erdman & Associates awarded Eagle the contract to complete the concrete and masonry work.

Eagle will provide the concrete pads, footing, slab and CMU walls for the project. Dave McNamara of Eagle Concrete Systems is the project manager, and Santos Miranda is the project superintendent.
