Construction moving on first Condo/Hotel in Cape Coral

Construction is 25 percent complete on The Resort at MarinaVillage at Tarpon Point Marina said Grosse Pointe Development Company President Jim Crumbie. The decks for ten of the floors in the 19-story building have been poured, interior framing is completed through the third floor and drywall should be hung in the first few floors by the first week in May. Work on two new homes, being developed through a Lee County affordable housing program funded with federal and state dollars, has quickly reached a construction milestone.
