New residents now available at Pacifico in Costa Rica

With 165 home sales since the January 2007 introduction of Pacifico, developer The Jack Parker Corporation has released for sale Ocean Vista Residences, 72 condominium homes within the company's 175-acre, mixed-use development in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica.

Comprised of three- and four-story buildings and available in two floor plans, Ocean Vista Residences are built to U.S. standards with upscale interior features including Kohler fixtures, Kraftmaid cabinetry, Mohawk ceramic tile throughout, and Whirlpool appliances including full-size washer/dryer units. All buildings have airconditioned lobbies, enclosed staircases and elevator access to units.

The four-story buildings, known as Ocean Vista 5 Residences, contain two units on three floors over a parking garage where owners have two assigned spaces and storage facility. Each condominium has three bedrooms, two baths, and kitchen with island overlooking a great room in 1,676 square feet of air condition space. With a spacious lanai/balcony, accessible via three sets of sliding glass doors, the condos have 1,963 total square feet. Ocean Vista 5 Residences start in the high $500,000s.

The three-story Ocean Vista 9 Residences contain two units per floor, each with full ocean views and a detached carport. The open floor plan features three bedrooms, two baths, and kitchen with island adjoining a great room in 1,763 square feet of air condition space. An additional 287 square foot lanai/balcony provides 2,050 total square feet. Ocean Vista 9 Residences start in the mid $500,000s.

At completion, Pacifico will include 468 residences - a combination of condominiums, town homes, and single-family homes - combining Mediterranean architecture and coastal design elements. Floor plans are offered with one, two, three or four bedrooms and prices range from the $180s - $700s. Homesites, most with Pacific Ocean views, range from the mid $100s - upper $500s.

Inclusive of home ownership is membership to the private Pacifico Beach Club, which features resort pools with sun deck, cabanas, water sports activities, and a restaurant and bar. Additional amenities will include resort pools, toddler pool, splash fountain, children's play area, and waterfall pavilion. Ownership at Pacifico also includes membership to the private Members Club and the Health Club & Spa with tennis facilities, scheduled to open early 2009.

The Retail Village Center is located at Pacifico's entrance and houses Costa Rica's only Robb & Stucky Interiors, a US-based furniture retailer and interior design firm. Other retailers include Café Nasau; Congo Arts & Crafts; ArtFlower; Swiss Travel and Adobe Rent-A-Car; a clothing boutique; and the Pacifico Rentals & Management Office. Scheduled to open June 2008 within the Village Center is a 20,000 square foot Auto Mercado Center, Costa Rica's premier grocery store, which will also house a dry cleaner, video store, optical shop, banking/ ATM center, pharmacy, and eateries.

Pacifico is located along the Northwest Pacific coast just 20 minutes from the international airport in Liberia, which offers non-stop flights daily to and from major U.S. cities including Miami, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston and New York.
