Knief Kenneth Knief has been named Guest Services Manager and Ed Wagner has been named Manager at Angelina's Ristorante, a new Italian restaurant located on US 41 just south of Coconut Point Mall. A native of New York City, Knief has more than 25 years of experience as a chef, owner and consultant in the restaurant industry. He has served as the Executive Sous-Chef at Philip's Seafood International in Washington D.C. and the Corporate Chef at Giolitti of Rome. Since 1995, Knief has been the Owner of Nomas, Inc., the operator of Ego Alley Tropical Grill and Samson's Dining Room in Annapolis, Maryland. Wagner is a graduate of William Tyndale College in Farmington Hills, Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Wagner has more than 35 years of experience as a manager, owner and consultant.
