O'Leary Michael J. Frye, CCIM/Owner of RE/ MAX Realty Group, announced that the following Residential associates have joined their #1 sales office in Fort Myers: Sher O'Leary, Dick Yadon, Jim Herndon, Karen Wojnar, Ruby Perkins, and John Giaccone. Steve Spinosa, Commercial associate, has joined the Frye Commercial Group team. All are Florida licensed real estate agents and members of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. In addition, during the recent RE/MAX Awards Banquet in Orlando, Tim Jones, residential agent with RE/MAX Realty Group earned a second place award from RE/MAX of Florida for closed transactions for an individual in Florida in 2007. Jones specializes in annual residential leasing and rental management. The RE/MAX Realty Group also was named second in RE/MAX in Florida for volume.
Dorothy Williams, director of design for the Bonita Bay Community Association, has been designated an Association Management Specialist by the Community Association Institute. Williams joined the Bonita Bay Community Association in January 2000. She chairs the Design Review Committee, ensuring the consistency and aesthetic standards of the 2,400-acre master-planned community. Williams manages the design-review process for single-family homes, multi-family neighborhoods, the high-rises and all exterior modifications within Bonita Bay, working with residents, builders, architects and landscape designers. She is a member of the South Gulf Coast Chapter of the Community Association Institute. In 2004, The National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers designated her as a Certified Manager of Community Associations, and she has successfully completed related professional development courses on insurance and risk management, the law and management.
Yadon Penny A. Hook has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors, according to 2008 BEAR President Sherry Haas. Hook, BEAR's current director of education and communications, replaces Bill Macauley who has announced his retirement.
Herndon Hook has enjoyed a 30-year career in the real estate industry as a Realtor, broker and branch manager for a number of reputable firms in the Tampa area. Locally, Hook's real estate experience includes Cape Coral, Fort Myers and, most recently, in the Bonita Springs and Estero areas.
Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group, the real estate division of Team Aubuchon, announced that Chris Shaw, Steve Trout and Judy Peters have joined the Cape Coral-based Realtor. Shaw specializes in waterfront real estate. Originally from Illinois, he has lived in Cape Coral for five years. Trout specializes in commercial real estate. He is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Education. He has lived in Cape Coral for more than 31 years, where he taught school in the Lee County School system, and operated a financial services business for more than 29 years. Peters is a leasing specialist in the property management division. She attended Akron University and TransEastern University where she studied a wide variety of subjects, and received Certifications in Liberal Arts, Interior Design, Buyers Orientation, and Business Management. She received her real estate license in 1999 and has lived in Cape Coral for 30 years.
