The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. announced that C. Richard Mancini has joined the firm and will work out of its Bonita Springs office. Mancini brings over nine years of commercial litigation experience focusing in securities and investor related litigation, arbitration and mediation. Mancini received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, with honors. Prior to law school, Mancini was chief executive officer for a public/private economic development alliance in Alabama and formerly Vice President of the Greater Brandon (Florida) Chamber of Commerce.
