Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard announced the following commercial transactions:

Aresenio Viera Jr. & Rigoberto Menedez purchased 29,280 square feet of vacant land at 1131 Ortiz Ave, Fort Myers from Caroline Gates for $135,000. Tom Woodyard of Gates, D'Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the transaction.

Executive Bullion Partnership leased 518 square feet of office space at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers (Pinebrook Park) from Harry M. Lowell. Steve Wood and Todd Holman of Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the transaction.

Tyla Lusk d/b/a Studio Bella leased 567 square feet of retail space at 12995 S. Cleveland Ave., Ft. Myers (Pinebrook Park) from Harry M. Lowell. Steve Wood and Todd Holman of Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the transaction.

RE/MAX Realty Group, Commercial Division announced the following commercial transactions:

Phil and Emma Phillips leased the former Appleby's Cuisine located at 607 Williams Ave. in Lehigh Acres from Angela Appleby for use as a Caribbean/American restaurant to open soon. The 4,000 square-foot stand alone building seats 132 patrons. Brad Welborn, CCIM, RE/MAX Realty Group, negotiated the transaction.

Heritage Institute leased an additional 1,800 square feet of professional office space at Palisades Park Court in the International Centre off Six Mile Cypress in South Fort Myers. The Florida Heritage Campus in Fort Myers operates as a massage therapy school, a personal trainer school, an esthetician school, and an x-ray medical tech school. Brad Welborn, CCIM, RE/MAX Realty Group, negotiated the transaction.
